Banneker High School is celebrating two of our own as they take the next step in their athletic journeys. Today, seniors Jared Doughtrey and Rishon Postell officially signed their National Letters of Intent, marking the beginning of their college football careers.
Jared Doughtrey, pictured above, is heading to the University of Alabama, joining one of the most storied and competitive programs in the nation. His hard work, discipline, and leadership on and off the field have prepared him for this moment, and the Trojan Family couldn’t be more proud.
Rishon Postell will continue his academic and athletic career at Elon University, a program known for developing excellence on and off the field. His commitment, consistency, and steady impact on our team have set the tone for what’s ahead.
Both athletes have represented Banneker with pride, passion, and grit. Today, we honor their accomplishments and look forward to watching them succeed at the next level.
